Starting as an architect in Fortune 500 Insight Enterprises likely brought a unique perspective to the contact center world. It helped me leverage their design and spatial planning skills to reimagine physical contact center layouts for improved efficiency and employee comfort. This innovative approach helped me set myself apart from more traditional players in the industry.

My entrepreneurial journey led me to establish Xsynergistics LLC & FlexiContact, both renowned consulting companies operating in Cisco and Genesys domains respectively.In parallel,I co-founded ContactWise, a SaaS company committed to revolutionizing the industry through state-of-the-art solutions.

I am a lifelong learner, staying informed about the latest trends and technologies in the contact center space and seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge.

My passion for innovation and entrepreneurship led me to establish FlexiContact, a renowned consulting company, where I have leveraged my extensive industry knowledge to guide businesses towards Contact Center excellence. In parallel, I co-founded ContactWise, a SaaS company committed to revolutionizing the industry through state-of-the-art solutions.

Throughout my career, I have been at the forefront of technology, collaborating with industry giants such as Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, Amazon, and Twilio.
